An event called Partners Against Crime is to be staged at Medina Leisure Centre, Newport next month, highlighting the partnership initiatives of various Island organisations.
The event is being held on Saturday 12 February and will feature displays, demonstrations, showcase services and consultations.
Organised under the umbrella of the Isle of Wight Community Safety Partnership, among those taking part are the Council (including the fire and rescue service), police, NHS Isle of Wight, the Islands rural community council, the prison service on the Island, the youth offending team, Hampshire and IOW Probation Trust and other partners.
As well as providing advice on many issues, the event will give people the chance to meet key officers in each agency.
